About Baseball ARMory

The Baseball ARMory is one of the country's best-known pitching and arm-care training facilities. Athletes fly in from across the U.S. for week-long and multi-week training blocks.

Most of our ARMory guests are families staying for the length of an athlete's training block, or the athletes themselves. They want a full house — kitchen, laundry, room to decompress between sessions — not a hotel room.

Tips

• Plan for at least a week. Most training programs run multiple consecutive days; shorter trips don't get full value.
• Book early in the calendar year. Spring training season puts pressure on Lakeland's short-term rental inventory.
• Bring a cooler. Most stays have full kitchens, but day-of meal prep at the facility is easier with portables.
