Swan City Getaways — Stay Cozy. Stay Modern. Stay Lakeland.

Four boutique stays in the heart of Lakeland.

Minutes to downtown, an easy drive to spring training, and booked directly with the owner. No Airbnb markups, no VRBO service fees.

Welcome to Lakeland, Florida

Nestled between Tampa and Orlando, Lakeland offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and modern convenience. Known for its beautiful lakes, historic architecture, and vibrant arts scene, Lakeland is a hidden gem that welcomes visitors year-round.

Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway, a business trip, or visiting friends and family, Lakeland has something for everyone. Stroll through the walkable downtown, filled with local boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants. Explore the scenic trails around Lake Hollingsworth, catch a show at the Polk Theatre, or visit the largest single-site collection of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture at Florida Southern College.

Lakeland is also home to the Detroit Tigers' spring training, numerous art festivals, and a growing food and craft beer scene. With easy access to both coasts and nearby attractions like Legoland, Disney World, and Busch Gardens, it's an ideal hub for exploring Central Florida.

Short & mid-term rentals

The stays

Four homes in Lakeland, all owned and managed locally. Whether you're here for a weekend or a couple of months, the homes are stocked the way you stock your own — full kitchens, real linens, the small things you usually forget. Book through us and you reach the owner, not a call center.

What guests say

The place was exactly like the pictures. You can tell it had been remodeled — beautiful granite countertops, big kitchen space, and you can tell the host thought of everything, all the small details. I would stay again.

Meaghin· Clementine Cottage

Hands down, this was one of the best properties I've stayed at so far. The host was amazing, always responsive, incredibly helpful, and provided great recommendations. The home was exactly as described: very clean, comfortable, and incredibly cozy. I will definitely be staying here again.

Catrice· Historic Carriage House

We stayed here for our daughter's college graduation and it was perfect — close to the school, downtown, and shops. It was perfectly clean (I'm extremely picky!) and had nice amenities most places won't have. We would definitely stay here again.

Stacie· Lake Hunter Haven

Great location! Please let me know if we can save this space for future years!
